Haringey, Launch of Loneliness Awareness Week 2024

FreeWe are celebrating members of our community with an Award presented by The Mayor of Haringey, to recognise the important role they play in building social connection in Haringey.
During LAW we are piloting with Haringey Council Parks Team ‘Happy to Chat’ benches in 4 local parks to encourage those small conversations that can make a big difference to how we feel.
On our website residents can download a brochure full of activities, walks and talks about making new connections in their communities.
