Trying to get people together so they understand there are people around that care about them. Having a good chat, a cuppa and a cream tea always go down well. We live in an extra care home, so I’ve arranged people to help bring people down, and join in and not to feel isolated.
Come along and join us on a Wednesday and/or Thursday afternoon at our Creative Cafe. Bring your own crafts and come for a cuppa and a chat! Everyone is always made very welcome.
