We are NSFT employees and tomorrow we are going for a wellbeing walk in Christchurch park at 10am. We'd love anyone and everyone to join us! Meeting point is Christchurch mansion. We will wait for 10 minutes before departure. We look forward to chit chatting with you 😁

Trying to get people together so they understand there are people around that care about them. Having a good chat, a cuppa and a cream tea always go down well. We live in an extra care home, so I’ve arranged people to help bring people down, and join in and not to feel isolated.
