Trying to get people together so they understand there are people around that care about them. Having a good chat, a cuppa and a cream tea always go down well. We live in an extra care home, so I’ve arranged people to help bring people down, and join in and not to feel isolated.

The Music Train, which is overseen by charity Milestones Trust, provides free live music during the day for people who might find it difficult to attend night-time concerts, including people who need the support of a carer to access events.
