GigMate and GoodShip* would like to invite you to their first record store meet up at 81 Renshaw for an evening of conversation about music, gigs and awareness on the Marmalade Trust National Loneliness Awareness Campaign Random Acts of Connection.
We have chosen 81 Renshaw, one of Liverpool’s best independent record stores as our venues to create an evening of awareness about loneliness and GigMates app which allows people to create new connections based on their music taste and meeting up at gigs.
We will be welcoming guests from 5:30pm on Wednesday 12th June for an evening conversation about the power of music and the ways it connects people and how the GigMate team are building a community of music fans around the UK whilst combating loneliness via the love of music and live gigs.
The team at 81 Renshaw will also be around playing tracks from the store and if you spot the missing piece of vinyl for your record collection and grab a drink from the venues bar.
