Wellbeing Hubs are safe spaces for young people (aged 11-18) to access early intervention and prevention mental health and wellbeing support.
Highly-skilled and trained staff and volunteers will be on hand during each Hub to promote positive mental health and wellbeing to attendees by providing key information, advice, signposting, activities, and Wellbeing Toolkits.
Each Hub will offer activities around a variety of mental health and wellbeing topics but there is no pressure to participate.
Wellbeing Hubs are accessible. They are free for young people to access on a drop-in basis with no thresholds and no need for referrals. Simply just pop by whenever you need or want to.
We pride ourselves on tailoring the Hubs to work for the young people accessing them. We will regularly gather feedback and improve the Hubs based on the needs and wants of young people.
